A knockoff of Bob Evans’ Wildfire Chicken Salad is this Barbecue Chicken Salad. A bed of fresh vegetables is topped with tangy BBQ chicken. A two-ingredient barbeque ranch dressing is needed to finish the dish. This is where you are: Home Chicken Salad with Barbecue Sauce.

Bob Evans’ Chicken & Noodles is what I remember most fondly from my time there. Bob Evans’ Wildfire Chicken Salad is my favourite item on the menu, even though I still get the soup from time to time. To avoid some calories, I usually get the grilled chicken on top rather than the fried chicken… Between the two, it’s hard to notice much of a difference.

The Wildfire Chicken Salad at Bob Evans has inspired us to create our version of the Barbecue Chicken Salad.

So simple to put together, this BBQ chicken salad is a crowd-pleaser! The salad has lettuce, grape tomatoes, corn, onion, BBQ chicken, cheese, tortilla strips, and a unique sauce that is simple but delicious.
