How To Keep Coriander Leaves Fresh In Fridge For Long Time
No vegetable looks beautiful or tastes without green coriander. The aroma of green coriander also warms the food and it is necessary to bring water to everyone’s mouth. We often keep coriander in the fridge and forget about it. But it has to be thrown away a few days later, as it deteriorates very quickly.
But do you know that if you keep coriander properly, coriander will be fresh not just for 2 days but all week? We will know-how whenever you bring fresh coriander from the market, break the leaves, and separate the roots.
Now you have to take a container. Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder. Soak the coriander leaves for about 30 minutes. Then wash the leaves with water and pat dry. Clean them thoroughly with paper towels. Now take another container and place a paper towel on it. Put the leaves and cover them with another paper towel. Note that there is no water left in the coriander. Then, close the container tightly. In this way, coriander can be used for more than 2 weeks.

The second trick is that whenever you bring fresh coriander from the market, break the leaves and separate their roots. After this, wash and dry the leaves in water and clean them with a paper napkin. Now put coriander leaves in this glass filled with more than half cold water and make sure the stems are completely submerged, but the leaves remain out of the water. Now take a zip lock bag and put glass in it. Do not close the bag. Store it in the fridge. You have to change the water every other day. In this way, you can keep coriander leaves fresh for about 2 weeks.

The third way is to wash and dry the coriander from the market. Now separate the sheets and take a paper towel and roll the sheets over it. Similarly, make 2 to 3 rolls and place the coriander on the paper. When you store all the coriander in this way, put it in a zip-lock bag and seal it tightly. Keep this bag in the fridge. In this way, you can keep coriander fresh for 3 weeks.
