Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

If you want to stay cool in the summer, make these Strawberry-Yogurt Popsicles. They only have three ingredients and are healthy.

We started making our popsicles a few summers ago, and now my kids are in love with them. Those are so good.

They are creamy, tasty, and only have three ingredients in them. These have been made with many different types of fruit, like blueberries, peaches, and cherry. I love to use fresh summer fruits. It’s the greatest!

There are three things you’ll need to make these strawberry popsicles: fresh strawberries and honey.

Also, there is a popsicle mould and popsicle sticks, as well. An exact popsicle mould has been linked. I have one of the same kind. For a while now, I’ve had it. It has held up well.

  1. 12 oz. of fresh, ripe berries
  2. 2 cups of full-fat Greek yoghurt with no added sugar.
  3. Honey: 1/4 cup.
  5. Moulds for popsicles can be found at the store.
  6. Sticks of Popsicles

  • In a blender, mix strawberries at high speed until they are like a puree. Add yoghurt and honey, and keep blending until they are mixed in.
  • Take your popsicle moulds out and pour the mixture into them. Then put in the sticks and freeze for about 5 hours or overnight.
  • Please take out the popsicle moulds by running them under warm water until the pops come out. Then take them out. Making 10 popsicles that are three ounces in weight will make 10.

If your popsicle mould doesn’t have slots for sticks, freeze the pops for about two hours. Then, slide the stick into the centre of the pop and put it back in the freezer for another three hours or until it’s fully frozen.
