Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

Popsicles made with luscious strawberry yoghurt and three easy ingredients are a great way to stay cool this summer. They’re also easy to make.

Ingredients

  1. 12 oz. of fresh, ripe berries
  2. 2 cups of full-fat Greek yoghurt with no added sugar.
  3. Honey: 1/4 cup.
  4. A SPECIAL SET OF TOOLS
  5. Moulds for popsicles can be found at the store.
  6. Sticks of Popsicles

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix strawberries at high speed until they are like a puree. Add yoghurt and honey, and keep blending until they are mixed in.
  • Take your popsicle moulds out and pour the mixture into them. Then put in the sticks and freeze for about 5 hours or overnight.
  • Please take out the popsicle moulds by running them under warm water until the pops come out. Then take them out. Making 10 popsicles that are three ounces in weight will make 10.

Notes

If your popsicle mould doesn’t have slots for sticks, freeze the pops for about two hours. Then, slide the stick into the centre of the pop and put it back in the freezer for another three hours or until it’s fully frozen.
