Instructions

We peel and cut the potatoes as for omelettes, into more or less thick cubes or sheets, wash them and, without draining, we take them to the microwave in a container with a lid or in an airtight container.

We leave a few minutes covered at maximum power. The time will depend on the quantity of potatoes: for 1 large potato it takes about 6 minutes and for 3 large potatoes (4 people) it takes about 12 minutes. If the potatoes are not quite tender, we take a few more minutes in the microwave covered until they are completely tender.
