It’s usually cheaper than the typical McDonalds iced coffee price because you can get more servings for the same amount of money.
I’ll take it to step by step, including the coffee. I found that coffee was the only area I needed to adapt to. I like to drink plain black coffee in the morning and prefer smooth coffee.

Iced Coffee McDonalds Recipe
PREPARE: To make this version of McDonalds Iced Coffee, you’ll start by making your coffee in your coffeemaker. I usually make the same amount of coffee every morning (I start with 12 cups of cold water and add 3/4 cup of ground coffee to my coffee maker)
COLD: Once the coffee is brewed, I put the pot directly in the fridge to chill for a few hours (usually 2 hours 20 minutes is perfect). Since it’s made over high heat, it will take a while to cool down.
MIX: When the coffee has cooled, add the syrup and half and half (you may need to make it in a larger container). Mix well. Add ice. That’s it!
Tip: Once cooled, I usually transfer the coffee to used water bottles and store them in the fridge so that I can wash the coffee maker and prepare it for the next day. A coffee maker usually produces three bottles of water. This makes it easy to use and store. I also make coffee every day to make sure I have a little on hand when needed.
