- 3 pieces of celery diced
- 4 Carrots diced
- 1 Onion diced
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 3 Cups of Water
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded. I used my Instant Pot

- 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 tsp.

- 1 Cup White Rice

- 1/4 teaspoon Sage
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a stockpot.

- Sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes
- Bring to boil the broth, water, and seasonings.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook the chicken for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes have passed, add the rice to the pan and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
- Remove the cover and let the rice cook for approximately 5 minutes or until it is tender. Serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
