Baked Pimento Cheese Dip Recipe
To make great party food, you can serve a warm and creamy pimiento cheese dip with vegetable sticks and pita chips. A great game-day snack, too. When it is warm outside, people in the south like to serve chilled pimento cheese dip. This baked version is better for the winter.
If you make this Baked Pimiento Cheese Dip, it could be one of the cheesiest dips you ever make. It has a lot of cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, and cream cheese in it, as well.
Some hot pepper sauce and cayenne pepper add a little heat. Instead of just pimientos, this dip has a mix of roasted red peppers and pimientos, which taste very similar. I like the taste of roasted red peppers better.
Baked Pimiento Cheese Dip can also be served with tortilla chips, potato chips, or crostini. It could also be served with bread. Please put leftovers on top of a burger. If you’re not having many people over, cut the recipe in half. It does a lot of things.
It’s better to shred your cheese than to use pre-shredded cheese. Much better: The taste and the texture will be much better, too.
