Warm, creamy dip with lots of cheese and a little heat. The vegetable sticks, tortilla chips or pita chips make a great snack for a party or get together.

  1. One 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened and ready to use
  2. There is 1 cup of mayonnaise in it.
  3. One 8-ounce package of sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces.
  4. Pepper Jack cheese in an 8-ounce package that has been ground up
  5. 1 (12-ounce) jar of roasted red peppers that have been rinsed and dried out
  6. Pimentos that have been cut up into small pieces and drained into two 4-ounce jars
  7. 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
  8. Worcestershire sauce: 2 teaspoons. This is how much sauce you need.
  9. Half a teaspoon of salt
  10. 1 tablespoon of sugar
  11. Cayenne pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • A large bowl should have cream cheese, mayonnaise, and both kinds of cheese. Mix them. Use a wooden spoon to mix them well.
  • Place red peppers and pimientos on paper towels and pat them dry. Cut up the peppers and add them to the bowl with the pimientos, then mix everything.
  • Make sure everything is mixed together. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and sugar. Then add cayenne pepper and stir it all together.
  • Spoon into the baking dish, then put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and a little brown.
