Slimming World Chicken Salad Recipe Syn Free



4 skinless chicken breasts, sliced into tiny bits.

1 big red onion.

1 clove of smashed garlic.

1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary.

250 grams of cherries.

Little sack of greens for salad.

Sliced and deseeded 1/2 a cucumber.

400g of washed and drained white beans, such as cannellini.

Balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp, or to taste.


  1. Set oven temperature to 200°C (fan 180°C).
  2. Toss the chicken with the onion wedges, garlic, rosemary, and a little spice in a bowl, then coat with low-fat cooking spray. Spread everything evenly on a nonstick baking dish, toss well, and roast for ten to fifteen minutes.
  3. After taking it out of the oven, add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for another ten minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  4. Scatter the salad leaves over the cucumber and beans in a wide serving bowl. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top, add the heated roast chicken and veggies, and serve immediately.
  5. For an extra delicious entrée, crumble 50g of reduced-fat feta cheese over the salad. (each serving adds one syn).
