Slimming World Chicken Salad Recipe




One-pound chicken without any bones or skin.

Soy sauce, 3 tbsp.

Vinegar, 3 tbsp.

510 cherry tomato pieces.

1 diced cucumber piece.

1 slice of red bell pepper, cut.

Lemon juice, 4 tbsp.

To taste, add salt and pepper.

Optional is yoghurt.


  1. Chop the chicken into tiny bits.
  2. Put the chicken, vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly.
  3. After covering, place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  4. Arrange the red bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, and salt and pepper on a platter.
  5. Take the chicken out of the refrigerator.
  6. Add the chicken to a pan with some heated oil.
  7. On low to medium heat, cook the chicken for approximately five minutes.
  8. Place the cooked chicken and sauce on a salad plate.
  9. Another option is to add yoghurt to the mixture, either separately or in combination with the other seasoning.
