1 package of maría dorada cookies (sobaos, sponge cakes, to choose)
100 gr of melted butter
2 envelopes of lemon jelly
500 ml of cream to assemble
250 gr of cream cheese type Philadelphia cheese or similar white brand
100 grams of sugar
200 ml of water
150 ml whole milk
Instructions
Chop the cookies until they are almost powder. Mix the cookies with the melted butter to form a dough for the base of the cake. Cover the entire base evenly with this dough.
In a bowl mix the cream with the cream cheese, milk and sugar, beat all the ingredients well until they are well integrated.
Heat 200 ml of gua to dissolve the two envelopes of lemon jelly, let the jelly warm and add to the previous mixture, beat the mixture well so that all the ingredients are integrated. Pour this mixture on top of the biscuit base that we had reserved in the refrigerator, let it cool for at least 3 hours until it sets and is solid
