  • Pizza dough (1 pound) from the store (or your preferred recipe for 1 large pizza)
  • Whole tomatoes in a (14-ounce) can, ideally San Marzano.

  • (8-ounce) ball, thinly sliced buffalo (or other fresh) mozzarella
  • Olive oil extra virgin, 6 teaspoon
  • 1fresh basil bunch

Instructions
