Broiled Steak Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients

Scale

2 teaspoons of salt (modify to taste)

Black pepper, 1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon of powdered garlic

1 teaspoon of powdered onion

1 paprika teaspoon

(Optional) 1/2 tsp. dried thyme

(Optional) 1/2 tsp. Dried rosemary

optional 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (adjust for heat)

Instructions

1. Combine all the spices and seasonings in a small bowl.

2. To guarantee an equitable dispersion of flavours, thoroughly mix.

3. Rub the steak with this seasoning mixture on both sides before broiling it.

According to your preferred serving sizes and optional additions, modify the recipe. Enjoy your juicy broiled steak!

Notes

  • The seasoning recipe does not have a precise “expiry date” like perishable items because it uses dried spices and herbs. However, the spices’ tastes might progressively wane over time. It is advised to use the seasoning mix within six to twelve months after the production date to preserve the finest flavour.
  • Store seasoning in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place away from harsh sunlight and moisture to prolong shelf life. If the smell and flavour of the seasoning have disappeared, it may be time to replace the mix with a new batch.
  • Remember that, as long as it is stored properly, the spice mix is unlikely to expire or become unsafe to consume, even though the flavours may become less powerful.
