  1. It has low-fat buttermilk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/3 cup.
  2. A little freshly ground pepper, and a little cooking spray
  3. Chicken breasts without bones and skin. 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup Unflavoured bread
  4. Crumbs, and 1 egg make up 1 1/2 pounds (beaten)
  5. A bowl with cornflakes (crushed), 1 cup of Italian seasoning, and
  6. 1/2  Teaspoon of salt and pepper


  • The oven should be set to 400 degrees. A half-inch piece is a piece of chicken breast.
  • Cover the chicken with buttermilk in a shallow dish and then put it on top of the buttermilk. Let it sit for about 15 minutes before you start to eat it.
  • A cookie sheet or baking sheet should be sprayed with cooking spray.
  • To make the bread crumbs:
    Could you put them in an empty bowl?
    Add the bread crumbs, cornflakes, salt, and pepper.
    Mix them well.
  • Beat your egg in another bowl. Take a small dish and put flour on it.
  • In this order, you should first coat the chicken fingers with flour. Then, dip them in the egg and cover them with cornflakes and bread crumbs.
  • Prepare your baking sheet by putting the chicken fingers on it—Bake for about eight minutes, or until the food is fully cooked.
