Pork Tomahawks with Texas Whiskey Glaze


  • H-E-B Natural Pork Tomahawks, two each.
  • Adam’s Reserve Honey Chipotle Rub, 2 TBSP.
  • Texas whiskey glaze, 1/4 cup, Fischer & Wieser.
  • Ottavio Avocado oil, 2 TBSP.
  • Sliced Green Onion, 2 TBSP.


  1. Grill on medium-high or over charcoal for 10 to 15 minutes to pre-heat.
  2. Tomahawks should be coated in oil and then seasoned with Honey Chipotle rub.
  3. 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  4. Add more sauce as necessary during the final 2 minutes and brush on a Texas Whiskey glaze.
  5. Serve after adding green onions.
