Safeway Chicken Salad Topped with Raspberries, Pecans, and Goat Cheese.

1/4 cup of Caesar dressing.

1/2 a pint of grape tomatoes.

Squeeze half a lime.

Shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup.

1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt.

1 romaine heart.

Delicious rotisserie chicken with a perfect balance of white and dark meat. 1/2 of a 30-ounce whole chicken.

1/2 a package of strawberries.

2 whole-grain pitas.

1/2 teaspoon of honey.

Instructions

  1. Ensure that the fresh produce is thoroughly washed and dried.
  2. Prepare the strawberries by trimming and halving them. Then, carefully arrange them on a plate and set them aside.
  3. Combine the zest and juice of a lime in a small bowl, then mix in yogurt and honey. Mix the dip and set it aside.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
  5. Slice the lettuce in half lengthwise, and then cut it into thin strips. Please place it in the bowl along with the tomatoes.
  6. Take the chicken and carefully separate the meat from the skin and bones using your hands. Divide the meat into small, shredded pieces and place them in the bowl.
  7. Include Parmesan and dressing in the bowl. Mix the chicken salad filling together.
  8. With precision, slice the pitas in half and delicately unfold the pockets. Carefully fill each pocket with the delicious filling.
  9. For serving, evenly distribute the pitas strawberries and dip them onto separate plates. Bon appétit!
