The most convenient way to brew a cup of tea is to buy pre-made tea bags from the store. If you like, you may buy loose tea leaves as an alternative.

Some of these recipes may be helpful for those who suffer from migraines:



Honey and Green Tea:

  • One cup of water.
  • a sliver of lime
  • A teaspoonful of honey
  • A single green tea bag.

Chamomile tea:

  • 3 Tablespoon of chamomile per cup of water
  • There are three elements of lemon balm
  • One of the components is passion flower.
  • The skullcap herb is 1 portion.

Lavender Tea: Tea with a Lavender Aroma

  • In two halves, lemon balm.
  • One of the ingredients is feverfew.
  • One part lavender should be added to the mixture.

Fresh ginger tea:

  • Slices of raw ginger that are about the size of a quarter
  • 1 gallon of water.
  • or as desired; around half a lime’s worth of juice (lemon may be substituted for lime).

Honey and Green Tea:

For around 20 minutes, place the herbs in a saucepan of simmering water. For best results, drink half a cup every hour for up to a week. Add 1-3 tbsp. of fresh herbs or 1-3 tsp. of dried herbs to a cup of water.

Lavender Tea: Tea with a Lavender Aroma
