Tacos With Tofu Scramble



  • 8 petite corn tortillas
  • 1 crumbled block of extra-firm tofu
  • 1 sliced little onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 23 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • Toppings: sliced avocado and hot sauce


  1. Saute the bell pepper and onion in a hot pan.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and crumbled tofu to the pan. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  3. In a dry pan or microwave, heat the tortillas.
  4. Assemble the tortillas as follows: Fill each tortillas with the tofu scramble.
  5. Serve with sliced avocado and a drizzle of spicy sauce on top.
  6. Serve right away.
