Tacos De Chilaquiles

  • 8 mini-tortillas made of corn are included.
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup salsa (red or green)
  • Chopped half a cup of queso fresco
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
  • Radishes cut into slices and cilantro minced as a garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the salsa and tortilla chips just enough to soften them.
  2. In a microwave or a dry skillet, reheat the tortillas.
  3. Build the tortillas: Onto each tortilla, spoon the chilaquiles. Add a drizzle of Mexican crema and some crumbled queso fresco on top.
  4. Add chopped cilantro and radishes as a garnish.
  5. Serve right away.
