QUICK POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  • Cooked new potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes or red potatoes- two lb.
  • Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
  • Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch Dressing- 3/4 cup
  • Freshly Chopped Chives- 2tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, place the potatoes. Pour in enough salt and water to cover.
  2. Boil the potatoes once they are boiled. Cook them for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender when pierced using a fork.
  3. Drain the water and let it cool.
  4. Mix the potatoes with Hidden Valley(r) and Bacon Ranch dressing in a large bowl until they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. It is preferable to cover your cold for at least 1 hour.
  5. Garnish with the chives.
