This ice cream can be made at home with only three ingredients and some basic kitchen gear. Indulge your sweet tooth with this decadent treat.

Ingredients

  • Guavas in the colour pink
  • Half a cup of light whipping cream or half a cup of regular cream.
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar, about

Instructions

  1. Cut off the black top of the guava before eating it. Broken down into four separate parts. Using a paring knife, remove the seed and discard it.
  2. Cut into small pieces. In a blender, combine it with the sugar and process until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the guava pulp and beat until it forms soft peaks, then serve.
  4. For at least eight hours, put it in the freezer. Scoop and serve the ice cubes after they’ve thawed.

Notes

  1. If you so choose, you may even exfoliate your skin to your heart’s content.
  2. You won’t get a smooth texture if you don’t remove all of the seeds.
  3. Sugar may be customised to your own taste.
  4. You may also use Nestle cream, which is what I did.
  5. Instead of sugar, you may use 3 tablespoons of condensed milk.
  6. Freeze ice cream in a wide box to make scooping it simpler. Soak your ice cream scooper in warm water before scooping, then let it remain outside for five minutes before using it.
