The ideal pizza snack or pizza appetiser is these cheesy air-fried pizza pieces! These pizza balls are entirely prepared using a basic homemade dough. All of our favourite pizza flavours in a quick and straightforward to create bite-sized pizza snack. Both children and adults adore these.




  1. 1 1/3 cups without gluten baking flour:1
  2. Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
  3. Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
  4. Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon
  5. 1 cup of Greek yoghurt, plain


  1. 8 little cubes of mozzarella cheese; 
  2. optional 1/4 cup more pizza sauce; and 
  3. small slices of pepperoni


  • Combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl. Greek yoghurt is added, and the mixture continues until dough forms.
  • Flatten the dough after dividing it into 8 equal pieces. Place mozzarella and pizza sauce in the dough’s centre. Pinch the dough together after folding it over the sauce and cheese. With your hands, smooth out the balls.
  • Spray or brush avocado oil on top of the balls before placing them in the air fryer at 375F for 7-8 minutes. After six minutes, keep an eye on them because the cheese can try to escape.
  • If desired, add extra marinara to the dish before serving.
