Fruit Salad Recipe With Cream Cheese

Cream Cheese Dressing:

  • 4 oz (113g) of softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 60 ml /1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup (50g) sugar granules (modify to taste)
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon

To make the Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups hulled and quartered strawberries
  • 1 cup halved grapes
  • 2 cups of chunky pineapple
  • Blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries totalling 2 cups
  • Sliced bananas, two
  • 2 sliced and peeled kiwis
  • 1 peeled and sliced orange

Additions, if desired:

  • chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts
  • coconut shredded
  • mint leaves for garnish, fresh

Instructions

Cream Cheese Dressing Preparation:

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth in a bowl.
  • Add the yoghurt, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
  • Adjust the sugar to taste.

Fruit Preparation:

  • According to the instructions on the ingredients list, wash and prep each fruit. Make sure they are cleaned and drained correctly.
  • Put together the fruit salad:
  • Gently incorporate all the prepared fruits in a large mixing dish. Make sure not to mash or bruise them.

Add the Dressing made with Cream Cheese:

  • Over the mixed fruits, drizzle the cream cheese dressing. To evenly distribute the creamy dressing throughout the fruit salad, gently toss it. You are free to wear any amount of dress you like.

Refresh and Serve:
