Strawberry Coconut Water Smoothie

This smoothie contains only a few ingredients, making it an excellent choice for a quick and easy smoothie recipe.

It’s also a low-calorie smoothie that’s good for weight loss.

This smoothie contains frozen strawberries, but fresh strawberries can also be used.

To achieve the same effect, add a few ice cubes. You can leave the honey if you don’t want it to be very sweet.

  1. Half a cup strawberries (frozen)
  2. 6 oz. coconut water
  3. 1/2 teaspoon honey (to sweeten)
  4. If utilising fresh fruit, 4 to 5 ice cubes are optional.

Instructions

  • If you’re using fresh strawberries, hull them and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve and have fun!
