Using a stick blender, make HOMEMADE BEST FOODS MAYONNAISE.

Lemon juice, one tablespoon.
1 teaspoon of white vinegar, distilled.
One tablespoon of dried mustard.
Table salt, 1/4 teaspoon.
1 teaspoon of white pepper
1 cup of room temperature canola oil
Crack an egg into the bottom in a 1-quart canning jar or another tall, narrow jar. The jar shouldn’t be much more comprehensive than the stick blender’s tip.
Add table salt, white pepper, mustard, vinegar, and lemon juice.
Vegetable oil, 1 cup, is added.
Put the blending blades of a stick blender in the bottom of the jar and press them down over the egg while the blender is off.
Set stick blender to high speed and hold a position at the jar’s bottom for approximately
5 seconds, or until you notice mayonnaise forming beneath the blending blades of a stick blender.
Pull the stick blender slowly upward for about five seconds or until the blending blades are at the top of the jar. As it is drawn gently to the top of the jar, the stick blender will transform the oil into mayonnaise.
Before using, chill to let the flavors meld and the mayonnaise slightly thicken.
