Crispy from the outside and succulent from the inside it is very easy to make fish wings. You can’t go wrong with this delicious and easy recipe. Basa Fish Fingers Recipe must be made at home.


  • 300 g Fish
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Rice Flour
  • 2 tsp Cornflour
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying


  • Place the fish fingers in a bowl and add salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili flakes, crushed black pepper, and garlic-ginger paste.
  • Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, cornmeal, egg, and baking soda.
  • Add marinated fish to this mixture and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Cover the fish fingers with the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry fish fingers over medium heat until golden.
  • Drain on a plate lined with kitchen paper.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or tartar sauce.
