A protein-packed Greek yoghurt dish with fresh peaches, blueberries, granola, and cacao nibs will brighten up your morning routine!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt (full-fat or 2% fat)
  • blueberries, 1/4 cup
  • 1 sliced or chopped peach
  • 1/4 cup muesli or granola
  • a half teaspoon of cacao nibs
  • almond butter, peanut butter, or honey drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yoghurt and honey.
  2. Blueberries, peaches, granola, and chocolate nibs go on top. Serve with a dollop of nut butter or honey, if desired.
