For the Salad:
3 cups of deliciously diced cooked chicken.
1 cup celery, diced.
1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans.
1/2 cup of dried cranberries.
1/2 cup of finely chopped red onion.
Dressing:
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
3 tablespoons of fresh dill.
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
A pinch of salt.
A dash of pepper.
Combine the diced chicken, celery, pecans, cranberries, and red onion in a large bowl.
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a smaller bowl.
Drizzle the dressing onto the chicken mixture and gently mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to consumption.
Enjoy it wrapped up, tossed in salads, or simply eaten with a fork!
