The exterior of a pumpkin should be washed but not peeled. Then, scoop out the pumpkin seeds.
Trim the stem and the blossom’s tip to make it seem neat.
Slice the pumpkin into quarter to three-eighths of an inch thick slices, depending on the size of the pumpkin. If the portions are too large to fit on the tray, cut them in half lengthwise.

8-12 hours or until dry, dehydrate at 125 degrees F
The powder may be made by grinding the dry bits in a blender until finely ground.
