Medium-sized pumpkin

Instructions

  • The exterior of a pumpkin should be washed but not peeled. Then, scoop out the pumpkin seeds.
  • Trim the stem and the blossom’s tip to make it seem neat.
  • Slice the pumpkin into quarter to three-eighths of an inch thick slices, depending on the size of the pumpkin. If the portions are too large to fit on the tray, cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Set up your Excalibur® dehydrator tray with a single layer of thin slices of food
  • 8-12 hours or until dry, dehydrate at 125 degrees F
  • The powder may be made by grinding the dry bits in a blender until finely ground.
