Hibiscus-infused water

Ingredients

Dried hibiscus petals (about 8–12 petals) OR 3-4 teaspoon of hibiscus powder

Jug of water approx. 500ml

Instructions

  1. Add hibiscus petals or powder to a jug of water.
  2. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for 4–6 hours.
  3. Strain and sip throughout the day.
