Iced Hibiscus Tea (Cold Brew)

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus petals (about 4–6 petals) OR 1 teaspoon of hibiscus powder

2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Combine hibiscus petals or powder with 2 cups of cold water in a pitcher.
  2. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  3. Strain, add ice cubes, and serve chilled. Optional: Garnish with mint leaves.
