SMOKY SLIDER

Ingredients

  • (Plus 3 Tablespoons) Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch- 1/4 cup
  • Ground Beef Or Turkey- 1 pound
  • Smoked Gouda cheese (For a milder flavour, use regular Gouda or Cheddar cheese), cut into
  • quarters- 21/2slices
  • Finely Shredded Cabbage- 2cups
  • Small dinner rolls sliced, warmed- 10
  • Mix 3 tablespoons of the dressing into your ground meat. Form 10 small patties (approximately 1/4 cups each) to fit the rolls.

Instructions

  1. Cook the patties in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray/oil until they are cooked to your preference, approximately 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Finish with cheese.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup of the dressing into the shredded cabbage. Place 1/4 cup in each roll. Add a burger patty.
  3. Serve immediately
