- 1 cob of sweet corn, kernels trimmed
- 1 avocado, diced
- One Can (15 oz) of drained and washed black beans.
- ½ pint cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ jalapeno, diced/sliced
- peppers
- ¼ medium red onion, diced/sliced
- ½ cup Herdez Creamy Sauce, any flavor

- Herdez Medium Cilantro-Lime Creamy Sauce 15.3 oz
- Grated cheddar cheese to garnish
- Cilantro, to garnish
- Tortilla chips for serving.
Instructions
Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Top with corn, avocados, black beans, tomatoes, jalapeno, and red onion. Sprinkle with HERDEZ Creamy Sauce, garnish with cheese and cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Use frozen thawed corn instead of fresh corn.
