  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp powdered garlic
  • 1/2 cup Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp parsley (dry)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp basil (dried)
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dry
  • a single egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary, crushed
  • 1-ounce dry onion soup mix envelope
  • season with salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your George Foreman Grill on high for 5 minutes, lid covered.
  2. Ground beef, onion, cheese, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion soup mix, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a big mixing bowl.
  3. Make 4 patties out of this mixture.
  4. 5 minutes per side on the grill, or until well done.
  5. Serve your freshly grilled hamburgers with your favourite condiments on fresh buns.
