Chick Fil A Kale Salad Recipe




1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles.

1/4 cup of dried cranberries.

Walnuts, chopped to 1/4 cup.

Red onion, diced to 1/4 cup.

Olive oil, 1/4 cup.

Apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons.

Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon.

Honey, 1 teaspoon.

1/2  teaspoon of salt.

Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon.

Chopped kale in 6 cups.

2 cups of grated carrots.

1 cup of chopped, grilled chicken breast.


  1. Combine the blue cheese, cranberries, walnuts, and red onion in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  3. In a big bowl, combine the kale, carrots, and grilled chicken (if using).
  4. The kale mixture will be coated after the dressing has been added.
  5. Serve right away.
